Your appointments and convenience are of high importance. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment a 24 hour notice is required. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a required deposit for future scheduling and/or a cancellation fee. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that services will still be provided. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you if available. Once a deposit is required to make an appointment, any cancellations thereafter will result in cancellation fees which will be charged to the card you provide. In case of a unforeseen/unavoidable emergency, part or the full amount of the service may be deducted from future appointments.
